Recently, a much better video source for this movie was ripped and posted. So here are some retimed and edited subs for that video. I didn't see any point in reencoding since it's not a bloated source. Original subs were THORA/Ayu.

Thank you for this release. I wanted to work on this movie, personally since I love it so much and wanted to add something about it to the internet, for everyone to enjoy. But you've saved me a job, in a way, and I am still so novice and dumb with this kinda thing (Aegisub, audios, etc.) that i'd have taken me a lot of effort for nothing. Thanks for making a good release of this movie.
Personally, I will add the 5.1 and 2.0 from the DVD to my copy.
