it's the OVA
This show was very relaxing and I really enjoyed watching it every week. I think the ending was meeting the show trajectory, too. All the mysteries were uncovered at the end rather than being extended by twisting the story further and leaving a fork in your stomach.
Putting this aside, I hope that Chihiro subs the last episode of the other Net*oge* show. ;)
