So this is my own rip. There is no any filter's used, only x264 config. The difference between TV and DVD you can see below:

Video: x264, 848x480 (16:9), Bitrate: ~1500kbps.
Audio: AC3, Stereo, 48000 Hz, Bitrate: 256kbps.
