Seems to be hardsubbed ENG+CHN going at the same time.
Bummer, the original web rips were the same. I liked the show hopefully some better source comes out.
I don't think you're likely to find any versions without Chinese hardsubs, I'm pretty sure that's a standard feature of Chinese broadcasting so that people from all different regions can still understand
FYI: BlueLobster version (The King's Avatar) is the same. English and Chinese hard subs.
