Edit: Finally get the Google Drive link work by doing this:

  • Add the file to your Drive
  • Find the File and select "Create a copy"
  • Download the copy and select "Download anyway"
  • Profit!

Download (Based on SmartSteamEmu + steam_api.dll from ALI213. Password for archive: LBSSE)

  • Download and extract files from archive into game folder, overwrite old files
