i didn't download it, cause i see no reason to, i am just wondering, why would you use YUV444p and re-encode TV audio to E-AC3, when it's originally airing in AAC? that's nothing but quality degradation
If you look at their other uploads, it's obvious they have no idea what they're doing. They even lost trusted on the old site for being incompetent at encoding.

444cs is useful when downscaling, at the cost of some incompatibility. 1080p has 540p chroma res, so, when you downsize but use 444cs, you keep the full chroma res. The more you downsize, the more benefit you gain.
at 810p, the benefit [of 444cs] is ~40%, @720p, the benefit is ~60% @540p, the benefit is ~100%
This is why 444cs is used at 720p, but rarely used at higher res.
RECCOMENDATION:
Use 444cs OR 810p, BUT not both.
audio---
ISDBJ uses lossy AAC audio. It' not really reccomended to reencode to AC3, or (worse for compatiibility), EAC3.
RECCOMENDATION: use https://github.com/wiiaboo/vfr to split AAC without degrading quality further.
