S01E13 English Audio is not in synced.

English Audio EP 13, Delay by -1800ms via mkvtoolnix the audio playback plays approx 1.7-1.9 seconds ahead of the video from initial version.

If you wanted to be exact it is -1656ms.

But -1800ms is pretty close and visually, probably just as good. But being the perfectionist I am I wanted to match to waveform. :-P
