Hey, I'm Lyswh and this release its possible thanks to @Fabrebatalla18 help :D Thanks to @Hanamichi and @Elektronik for seeding with me haha
Well as every opening haves its differences ill go one by one:
Opening 39:
Video Source: Crunchyroll - Process = Debanding + Encoded at 10 bits and 12CRF Audio Source: Lossless Full Version edited for being TV Size, but 1:17 to 1:23 and 1:40 to 1:55 are from Crunchyroll audio, as it doesn't exist on Full Version.
Opening 40:
Video Source: Crunchyroll - Process = Debanding + Encoded at 10 bits and 12CRF Audio Source: Lossless TV Version, only synced
Opening 41:

“from the image”, i think the cr web dl is smooth, but there is a noise on your crf 12 deband version. Please look on gin right shoulder's.
@Konco deband adds a bit of noise, but its better than all the banding, and well, i only uploaded an image, as it had lots of banding. You can download it and see if u like it, u will see the quality then (OP41, 319,2MB in 1:55 min). You can notice it so much on Conan’s hair, I could had used TV Tokyo TS, but it pixelates on high movement scenes, it doesn't happen on CR, its only problem is banding.
