Will there be loss in quality if I will convert any audio track from ac3 to aac with the help of nero acc encoder.

soretakasa, I assume that's a totally random question since the audio of this release is already AAC. The answer is yes, you will lose quality. If you can avoid reencoding, or if you can encode from a lossless source, you should do that. But obviously if you encode into AAC from AC3 at a high enough bitrate, the quality loss may not be perceptible.

I was having some videos which I wanted to play on my smartphone but it's audio was in ac3 format and my device was not able to play it. There I am converting them from ac3 to aac.

You should've ripped fresh CR's subs yourself. They at the very least fixed a certain super-dumb TL error two days after air (error is present in this batch).
