How come its not regular ~321MB, is it longer or encoding settings were changed?

It seems HS somehow ripped the crf version, not the 2pass version like PuyaSubs.

Yes, it is a crf 15.0 encoding, not the usual average bit rate 2 pass encoding at 1776 kbps.
