Can you please tell why is size of both ep 1&2 small? Are they less duration or what?

There are no any duration changes... It is because the old Crunchyroll using shitty encoding parameter (crf 20-24 with fast preset), so the file size looks smaller.

How is the quality compared to the HS release?

I haven't watched HS so I can't make a direct comparison. Gjms subs are probably better at least, idk what video they used

it's because CR has degrading quality videos, meaning, the longer the video is on the site, the shittier the quality gets. there is really no point in ripping a CR video if you don't rip it within the first week it's released. you should of just used HS's video at that point.
