I was sure I was wrong but have not see any other LDs that are gold, so I the red colored LD is the rares of them all. (for Evil Dead)
Only laserdisc in my collection that I know of with pit art are the Maze OVAs - I think the disks are somewhere in the range of pink-purple-fuscia, I'd have to pull them out to look and I don't feel like it at the moment.

The artwork is called "Pit-Art" and there are quite a bunch of Anime titles that have it. Gold colored discs are even more common that those pit-art LD's were. So nope, not the only disc ever made like this.
