I don't have time to do a proper encode or check any of that kind of stuff, so this is just a rip for someone with a bit more time. Encoded FLAC track included in case your player can't play PCM audio.
I'll probably won't keep this seeded forever, since you can always just make your own copy from the guidebook.

what player can't do PCM audio.
@govna I don't know, I read on an ubuntu stackexchange thing that some versions of VLC don't or something. I haven't really done much with PCM audio so it sounded plausible. In case it was unclear, I have included both PCM & FLAC.
Though at the same time, I probably could have just left it PCM anyway, since anyone encoding it will probably deal with it anyway. I didn't really spend too much time thinking about this release to be blatantly honest.
I would think that'd just be yet another reason why VLC sucks.
