You can make everything small if you don't care about quality.
For Iwannabongokongou You can because with technology Evolve the encoder have Evolve when the company have enter the HEVC / H265 technology in the encoding it changes what it can be
impossible to un impossible today the quality not have relationship with sizes now you see this video and ohys raw video and see the defrent between them
For eXmendiC I care about quality but with professional encoders can do anything and the quality not have relationship with sizes And in HEVC/H265 ENCODER the size of video like this
480p size: 30MB - 50MB
720P size: 60MB - 150MB
1080P size: 140MB - 210MB
2160P 2K size: 200MB - 320MB
4320P 4K size: 290MB - 530MB
In Blu ray
480p size: 70MB - 110MB
720P size: 140MB - 240MB
1080P size: 270MB - 380MB
2160P 2K size: 400MB - 550MB
4320P 4K size: 630MB - 960MB
And Thank you them
Yeah, I know that h265 is smaller. But if you put enough quality into it (making it almost the same quality as h264), you won't save that much space. About 100MB-200MB maybe.
Did a comparison with Gal (because I doubt you've the same source as me for Kakegurui): https://diff.pics/w2iZJk7EPENc/1 | Tell me where the "I care about quality" is
I just have fucked up borders, because CR has them since ep3+ and I forgot to fix that. However, that's a minor issue.
Okay what your Program Encoder If You want the normality to the ep of anime the CR change to 25 It will be fine with it
and sorry for my late to answe you
Vapoursynth (filtering & encoding via yuuno)
Oh, I used IFME, And use tune in filtering
Could someone explain how a 720p epsiode can be so small?
