@bamm: 2.0 is awful, don't go near it. Watch the original.
For the original film, I'd recommend either niizk (better encode) or BluDragon (better audio, niizk didn't include surround sound). For Innocence, Afro's remux.
@Catar: All the GitS blu-rays look like garbage. For the original movie, better go with Judgment.
@Bl4Cc4t true enough. It's not dual-audio though. I won't be doing it, though. Best GitS is Stand Alone Complex.

@bamm: Worse subs, worse audio, no English track, and I haven't even looked at the encode yet. However, given the size, I'm going to assume it's been denoised/degrained, and therefore is already away from the source which I prefer.
Like I said, niizk's is the best if you really want BluRay, but Judgment's HDTV release is the highest quality video you'll find.
