is it just me, or is the japanese audio track from episode 3 fucked? episode itself and english is fine, but japanese is silent after ~5 min

^ not just you. I had had the same issue with episode 3.

On another note, these encodes cause VLC to crash sporadically -- sometimes 4 or 5 times during an episode. I've never had these issues with any other videos in VLC, before or since.
