Square Enix did the English translation. No, this is not the Yen Press release, since they are only up to Vol 3, but it is indeed the English Square Enix release.
sadly this is NOT complete ... there are 8 missing pages after the end of ch 45 that never made it into your copy ... it looks like Square Enix poked the pooch on this one ... I have to do this post in 2 parts
... I have been comparing the Square Enix vols with the raws, and in most cases the differences are fairly minor ... until you get to vol 8 the 8 missing pages that are in the raws,
that are not in your vol 8 come in between page [rh]vol8_ch46-0_01[3d6515e6] and page [rh]vol8_ch46-0_02[b0796350]
... from the look of the artwork, it looks like it is some sort of dream sequence involving Hanabi when she was a child

These are exactly like the CR uploads from old nyaa as I compared them with this. https://nyaa.si/?f=0&c=3_0&q=scum I think the YenPress is better edited as they read better as they differ slightly from CR's TL.
@theodoric could you point me to where these missing raw chapters from vol 8 you saw them at? Or could you upload them?
