We ended up going with 720p for this because, while the anime sections are still SD, the rest of the show is HD. We won't be releasing in any other resolution.

The MKV chapters contain two editions, one labeled Full Episode and the second, Anime Only. Full Episode will play the file normally with chapter points at each section. Anime Only uses ordered chapters to play only the OP/ED, Dokki Doki and Pucchi Puchi sections.
