[Para-DX] Kamen Rider Ex-Aid 28 [720p]

I'm unsure if I will continue Ex-Aid. I already translate Pokemon manga and I'm doing side projects like helping out Knee's 555 scrubs and I recently helped OZC purchase the Fourze Director Cut stuff!

This is technically the first time I timed the episode, so I apologize if things are mistimed. This is also the first time I've typeset an episode as it has no involvement from my previous typesetter/timer.
