EDIT : If you have audio issues - the raw uses OPUS/webm audio, the best quality you can get from youtube, and if you have audio issues, it's recommended to use CCCP with LAV Filters updated, it'll play the audio nicely. Note that I have near-zero encoding knowledge and mostly I'm just copypasting what Gust told me.

1080p - if you need lower quality afraid you need to do it yourself or maybe bug Gustavaum for it, don't really have the tools (or knowledge, or diligence...) to do it myself.
