Musaigen no Phantom World - 001 [Filipino Dub][LQ 360p]

For my fellow Filipinobros. This is the first episode of Phantom World, just aired ~1 hour ago. Video is total crap 360p because I only recorded this off of an already crap livestream, I have no access to a real Philippine TV. But the good news is that the audio is a solid 9/10. If you just play the audio along with a raw, it should be fine. I would merge the Filipino dub audio with a raw but sadly I don't have any idea how to do that.

Some interesting things I've noticed so far from skimming through the episode:

1) ED is cut almost completely, they only showed 3 seconds of it.

2) Panty shots are censored.

This is just a sample, I'm not sure if I will do the rest of the episodes. They also have Kantai Collection and Attack on Titan Jr. High airing later today so I might upload those as well. Let me know if this is not allowed here, although I see a couple of other Filipino dubs here already.
