Description

Have yet to see subtitles for this online that aren't riddled with translation errors, so decided to give a whack at it myself.
Not saying this is a perfect script though, there was definitely a line or two that I wasn't too sure on. (I actually have no idea what Usopp is saying when he uses his Impact Dial because it certainly does not sound like the word "dial" after "impact.")
Would be willing to release a version 2 if people point out enough corrections.
