Adverts are mostly cut except for a couple of funny ones. ;) Encoded into 6 Mbps H.264 with NVENC for speed. I may do a software encode later and see if the quality is any better.

Japanese subtitles: https://ufile.io/2f50e (timed to the original TS, so they aren't of much use with this encode. Needs manual work.)

p.s. Use a proper player that does 60 fps deinterlacing automatically - such as MPC-HC - or select Linear or Yadif 2x in VLC.
