& really does not really need it but was an old safety from my batch scripts days but now use python but its a habit

• you may have noticed "S01NCOP&ED1" with & instead of +

• is used like
  for: S#A#(n1)+B#(n2)
  A#(n1) +(and also) A#(n2) in S(season)

& is used like
for: S#A&B#(n)
A#(n) &(and) B#(n) in S(season)

this case NC is also applied with the same logic as n

S(season) tends to use & logic even with plus
as im inconsistent
