This episode was not released on DVD and the only other way to get a decent copy of it is through Disney XD TV airings which has a huge logo on it.
Amazon's video for 480p content is encoded at CRF 22 so this is not as good as it could be.
Diamond & Pearl switches between 23.976 and 29.970 fps, but Amazon encoded the entire series to 23.976 so nothing that can be done about that and the series is still watchable, just a little jerky and pans and such.
