Monster Strike unofficial interim batch 1080p OCR softsubs (ongoing to EP39)

This replaces #844596

Changes:

Internal directory name from ... EP01-33 to ... EP01-ongoing -- I did this so that if I continue with these interim batches in the future, people who are helping to seed will only need to download the new torrent file.

Updated pdf page from Wikipedia.

Added LoreleiOCR EP34-39

Added LoreleiOCR OVA "Mermaid Rhapsody"

Once again, internal directory structure follows how I store files on my NAS. All the original file names are retained.

If you're helping to seed my previous interim batch, just change the one directory name as indicated above before downloading this torrent.

Notes: There is no AniDB or Wikipedia mention of "Mermaid Rhapsody". Wikipedia indicates the new release date for the Monster Strike Movie is now Dec 2016. Not Oct 2016 as originally listed at AniDB.

I don't run a seedbox so seed if you can.

This is a purely temporay unofficial interim batch provided as a convienent way to get all the current episodes.I could not detiermine how many episodes are planned nor do I now if I'll put together a final unofficial batch when this series ends.

I just found it a pain to try and collect all the epsiodes indiviually, especially given how spotty the seeding is for earlier episodes.

EP01-14 is from SimulcastOCR.
EP15-33 is from LoreleiOCR

Please help seed if you can. Thanks
