Ajito's actor, Kashuu Toshiki, plays the lead role in Kamen Rider Agito as Kamen Rider Agito. That's the joke about him being called Agito.

"Shokatsu" is a reference to a detective fiction of the same name. It means a police officer who is from a police station which has jurisdiction of the scene of crime.

When Akiba says "Ayu-chan sugamattagii!" it probably means "Good morning".
