[Adhiesc] Wakaba Girl (BD 1080p) (SallySubs) (Ordered Chapters)

Okay, I admit it. this is a remake. . with CRF 23, plus ordered chapters and something else.
But I won't admit that these videos are "utterly" bitrate-starved.
There is even no detail about what is "utterly" bitrate-starved in the "Rules" section.
So in my opinion, when at least if NOT EVERYONE DISLIKES my release, it is NOT UTTERLY bitrate-starved. Therefore I will argue my opinion thoroughly. Since it's my own effort, and it's literally free and I don't want my effort goes to waste.

So let me tell you one story:
There are rich bullies who doesn't care about harddisk efficiency because they can buy however much harddisks they want.
And there are poor bullied ones who are putting effort to minimalize their files' size and wants to share / download the smaller sized files. but some folks disapproves it and the files disappears from the server just because of some egoist opinions.

Even in Handbrake, it stated that CRF 23 is still considered HD. And I put the encoding speed setting with the Very Slow
But then, if you see it carefully, there are some of my remakes which even has CRF 24 or more and still there. Someone still likes it .. or rather the show is not very popular to the point that those rich bullies are not interested.

And please don't be bully. You don't even pay me one breath
