Video/Audio: ReinForce (BDRip 1920x1080 x264 FLAC) (from #836027)
Subtitles: Original translation, OP and ED styling slightly fixed from [Glue], OP updated with lyrics from Lyrical-Nonsense, ED original translation. Styling from Vivid/Glue. Should be a bit better than my last Durarara OVA release.
