P.P.S. Not sure in correctness of eng subs. My player probably plays them with 24 fps, ie. a bit faster.

Here is a patch for 17th episode that fixes a corrupted frame.
For Windows:

1. Get xdelta
2. Unpack it and patch into the folder with video.
3. Rename *.exe into xdelta.exe
4. Run patch_it!.bat
   For Mac:
   Use Multipatch tool.
