Episode 9 - edited a replaced Mezashite sign to match UTW sign TL somewhat and blend better, added gradient

With this, I'll be putting my KnK hat on the shelf for the time being. I'll probably fix all the stuff I didn't notice until too late, along with some extra signage and a few many aesthetic TS tweaks, and after that I'll leave it alone for a month or so and come back to re-watch the whole thing, fixing errors along the way.  
  
I haven't decided whether to do the ONA now or just wait until the batch. You might see something like _\[SBR\] KnK - Extras \[BD 1080p\]_ pop up in like a week or two, which would have Idol Saiban and probably the OST and the music video.  
  
For now, I will be focusing most of my effort on a certain 3rd season of a certain satanic ecchi anime that has yet to be graced with a 1080p release
