In this drama series, Makabe Suzune is a 40 something screenwriter whose latest Drama series is getting great ratings. But it seems her series is closely based on events from her high school days... perhaps too closely. For suddenly her old high school friend, Furusawa Mizue, appears with a child close at her side. Seems Mizue's luck has been running low recently and she could use a place to stay for the night. Suzune obliges and is struck at the changes that have occurred to Mizue over the years and wonders about how well she's running her own life. Still, she's glad when Mizue is gone the next day. But as Mizue's luck continues to run bad, she's soon back at Suzune's apartment again... only for longer this time. Now all at that's left is to get some toothbrushes...
