All files are (or should be) untouched as of 2/7/16, they have been painstakingly downloaded from the launcher to ensure that they are completely clean.

back up your files before installing any current english patch

You need to have the launcher pre-installed for these to work.
Drop this into your default install location, i.e. program files(x86)\capcom\ after running the launcher for the first time, overwrite everything

you'll need 7zip to decompress the file

as always please be sure to seed after the download is done.
