In this drama Special, Mizuki Arisa stars as Uchibori Miwa, a poor, unattractive woman who catches the eye of a cosmetic surgeon who offers to improve her looks for free. She is soon turned into a great beauty and marries the surgeon. But life with him turns sour quickly as he is domineering and abusive, so she seeks help from her gardener/lover Machida Takeharu. Before long, Miwa's husband is dead and as the years pass, she secures a life for herself as the President of a growing cosmetics company. But Miwa lives in fear of her secrets being found out and those fears materialize when Takeharu, who she had separated with after the death of her husband, seems to return to her life bearing a grudge against her success...
