v2 in order to fix 3 lines where removing comments with a badly thought-out regex chopped out parts of dialogue, and to properly label the subtitle tracks.

Also, this release has 2 subtitle tracks:
- Localized (eng,default): Huang'lan and other Pinyin romanizations/Chinese readings used for the chinese-inspired characters, no honorifics
- Honorifics (enm,secondary): Kouran and other Hepburn (standard) romanizations/Japanese readings used instead, honorifics left in
