If you have already downloaded the Vivid fansub release of Owari no Seraph - 03, Then you can apply this patch to make it Dual Audio by adding the English Dub track.
Also this patch contains extra Subtitle tracks too :]
Sings and Songs, and Subs for Japanese Audio...
The two best Seraph fansub groups, Vivid and DerpDesuYo (DameDesuYo + Derp Subs Joint)...
And here the synced DerpDesuYo subs are included... And they have Karaoke for OP,ED :]

To patch, XDELTA is used... If you know and have used XDELTA, then you don't need any help...
In case you have not heard about XDELTA, google ;]
"xdelta is a command line program for delta encoding, which generates two file differences"
How to patch?
Just run the BAT file...
