Need help.

I purchase manga titles from Amazon (Kindle) that have not been shared online (or at least not available on sharing sites) which I want to upload as raws.

The ebook comes in a kindle proprietary .azw format which I am able to strip the DRM using Apprentice Alf's DeDRM plugin for calibre. But I have no way to convert to bunches of Jpeg. Only PDFs or other e-reader formats. And when I convert to PDF, the resolution of the images have shrunk!

Anyone know of a way to convert the .azw kindle format to jpeg and preserve the size of the images? thanks.
