Well I'm an idiot...
Patch: MEGA Extract the archive in you anime folder -> start RunMe.bat and it will patch everything (no matter v1 or v2, 720 or 1080). Afterwards use Delete_Everything.bat to wipe all useless files (old videos, patches, batches, xdelta and the archieve)
Fixing one flickering line in the OP in NCOPv2,EP2v2,EP9
The old torrent is still active, so you can continue your download and patch it or just ignore it.
