[U2-Rip] Date a Live2/デート・ア ・ライブII 10bit 1080p BDRip (CDs+Scans+SPs)

Date A Live, 2nd Season. This is part of the U2-Rip project.

10bit 1080p AVC + FLAC. ~900MB per Ep

When broadcast on air, DAL II had received a lot of complains about the video quality, so concerns have been raised whether the Blu-Ray would still be horrible. Unfortunately, it is. The BD for the DAL S2 is as poor as those BDs from last decade.

The video part is clearly up-scaled from a very low resolution, so it looks very blurry. Vol 1+2 get a lot of banding, while the later volumes try to hide those color banding with film grain. We performed deband and grain-stabilize accordingly.

Another concern is whether to perform a suitable sharpening on the video. This improves the visual quality on blurry sources, at the cost of larger file-size and deviation from the original source. Our solution is to provide 2 versions: the VCB-S&TUC's ver features the sharpening, and the U2-Rip's ver does not.

The comparison can be found below. If you cannot decide which one is better, our recommendation is to get the VCB-S&TUC's ver.
