[deanzel] A Certain Scientific Railgun S [BD 1080p Hi10p Dual Audio FLAC-AC3]
This is my 1080p BD Hi10p Dual Audio release of A Certain Scientific Railgun S (Toaru Kagaku no Railgun S) which is the second season of Railgun (aka the best season). No one had made this yet so I decided to make an archive worthy version for myself and thought that I would share for those interested. It is based on Subara’s 1080p 2.0 FLAC Jap-BD encode (episodes 1-15), Tsundere’s 1080p 2.0 FLAC Jap-BD encode (episodes 16-24), and the English 2.0 AC3 Dub audio and English commentary tracks from the US-DVD (which I got from ADC). It uses UTW-Mazui’s subs and I created a Signs & Songs track (based on UTW-Mazui) as well for the English dub.
I decided to use Subara’s 1080p encode up to episode 15 (that’s all he released) because it had less bloat vs Tsundere's release, and Subara modified and fixed up UTW-Mazui’s subs (kept the "Sparky" tracks as well) while Tsundere just retimed his. Tsundere's release was used for the remaining episodes (16-24) and as you can see they are a bit larger in size. I also made and added in a “Sparky” sub track for episode 16 that Tsundere did not have (if you don’t know what this is, shame on you).
As of now, there is only a US-DVD release of the English dub for Railgun S and there aren’t any plans for a BD release at the moment (they did the same thing with the first season and only released the US-BD set recently). I synced in the English 2.0 AC3 dub audio and the English Commentary tracks (for episodes 5, 7, 15 & 19) and added in a Signs & Songs only track based on UTW-Mazui’s subs.

**NOTE**: Apparently the title of the "next episode" at the end of Episode 17 was missing (coincidentally, the Episode Title that is missing is called "#18 Missing"). Blame Tsundere :P It's not really a big deal but here is the patch for the fix. It also just includes both the subs as well if you can't figure out how to patch it.
