Also the video has been cropped by (250, 2, -250, -2) to get rid of pillarboxing and to correctly get a 4x3 aspect ratio. Encoded using the slowest settings for highest quality possible without filters.

Non-filtered encode
Just decided to add that because a lot of people fail to disclose this.

To address some of the problems concerning this encode.
It is non filtered meaning any problems that you may have with it are already there in the blu-ray. There is nothing I can do about it besides use filters which I didn't want to do considering this is a blu-ray and not a standard DVD where minor fixes might have to be added to fix any imperfections due to a bad source or heavy compression.

I know most people don't like noise or grain in their anime but to call it the worst Sailor Moon on the website when it's actually the best considering the source is kind of unfair. It just depends on peoples preference.
