Great hand-drawn anime from 1990s. Yours truly originally didn't think very high of Dirty Pair Flash (it's a remake, so you could say it sort of canibalised the original Dirty Pair series...). But it is actually rather impressive show. The animation is great and cute, it is fun, characters are silly, voice acting is good and all. It gets best in seasons 2 & 3 in the standalone stories with more comedy I think. Kei & Yuri <3!
Note: It's probably a good idea to watch a bit of the original 1980s Dirty Pair before this, to get the general idea. The OVAs or perhaps the movie...

At least the Nozomi dvd release has really good video (for a dvd)-I know because I have it.
