WARNING: I'm just testing for the most appropriate x265 settings to reduce size with a minimal banding/blocking effect
Parameters: preset=slow, psy-rd=0, psy-rdoq=0, aq-mode=1, aq-strength=2, input-depth=10
~45% size of the original x264 file

I would appreciate any comments about quality flaws in specific frames, new parameters to test, or anything that helps me improve the results of encoding with x265.
