Those are the subtitles from the Blu-Ray ( #588400 ), but since the Blu-Ray uses SUP files (text images), they had to be converted semi-manually to SRT.

I've just watched the movie and honestly feel it's the best movie in recent memory (along with Ame & Yuki), and certainly one of the most touching movies ever.
