Finally got around to continuing the project. The final disc 4 is in the works too.

For those who haven't gotten the first 2 discs, they're reseeded now for a limited amount of time.

Subtitles: Softsubbed styled .ass R1 subtitles (Took unstyled .srt subtitles from DmonHiro's release and converted them to .ass, since ripping vobsubs is a pain. Credits to DmonHiro for that.)
