[loligeddon] Choujigen Game Neptune The Animation - Vol. 1 [BD1080p]

Yeah yeah, there's a bunch of these already but here are the notable goals of this release

-edit out Commie being Commie (trollish and over the top typesetting, and wonky editing/TL)
-edit out most of the silly NISA localizations (e.g. "CPU")
-minimal typesetting (because we like to watch anime, not watch subtitles do a little dance while clogging our CPUs)

Now back to normal business. We're using an edited commie script borrowing some lines from Funi's TL.
There's a cast commentary as a secondary track in episode 2.
Also included is the drama CD that came bundled with the blu ray in the "Extra" folder.
And yes, I fixed the audio to properly sync with the video.
