[Procrastinating] Seitokai Yakuindomo OVA 1-8 [BD/DVD]

Here's your semi- batch-fix release!

Changed all dialogue styles to an Elysium-esque style.
Improved typesetting and timing in some of the earlier subs.
Changed some of the TL notes and jokes to be easier to understand.
Used the visually best sources I could find(Side by side comparison, NanoAlchemist had the least artifacts of several raws both on BD and DVD).
Some of the NanoAlchemist raws were stagnant torrents, but Yousei was pretty good too.
