[Takato] Rou Kyuu Bu! - OVAv3 (720x480 x264 AAC)

Here's the Rou Kyuu Bu! OVAv3 for you.
This third version has been thoroughly checked against any mistakes (timing, translation and typesetting checked, quality check and this time I had my editor edit it) and the raw was added without re-encoding, so the video is also better quality (still 720x480p, though).
I added Shikkaku's subs for the OP and the ED.
