[Miya-k] Miyakawa-ke no Kuufuku - 04 [198p][D04C921A].mkv

For some reason every week the quality of the video keeps getting worse, to the point that it's not even fair to fool people by putting a [360p] label. This release is in 198p and that's the best I could do with what I found.
Seriously, they're doing it on purpose. How can you screw up the video quality so fucking badly?
