I found these subtitles online.
They are not mine, but seem to work.

Ohh, by the way you need to rename the ass files to match the video file.

If for some reason when you extract the whole folder you aren't able to rename the ass files then try extracting the ass files by themselves, that is to say when you open winrar don't extract the whole folder, simply open it and drag the ass files to the desired folder. You should now be able to rename them.
That is how I was able to use them.
